Your safari adventure begins upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. From there, you will embark on a scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse ecosystems and wildlife. Arrive at your lodge, situated amidst the park's savannah plains, and enjoy a relaxing evening surrounded by nature.

Start the day with an early morning game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park. This park boasts an impressive variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards, and numerous antelope species. The game drive offers excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings and photography amidst the backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains and Lake George. In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway that connects Lake Edward and Lake George. This boat trip allows for sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and a plethora of bird species congregating along the shores. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

After breakfast, visit Kyambura Gorge for an exhilarating chimpanzee tracking experience. Guided by experienced rangers, trek through the gorge's lush vegetation in search of these habituated primates. Kyambura Gorge is also home to other primate species and offers a chance to explore its diverse ecosystem. In the afternoon, journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to roughly half of the world's population of endangered mountain gorillas. The drive takes you through picturesque countryside and rolling hills, providing glimpses of rural life in Uganda. Arrive at your lodge near the park and settle in for the night, anticipating the gorilla trekking adventure the following day.

Today is the highlight of your safari as you embark on a gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) guides. You will be assigned to a gorilla family group and begin your trek into the forest, accompanied by guides and trackers who are experts at locating the gorillas. The trek duration varies depending on the location of the gorilla family, but encountering these gentle giants in their natural habitat is an unforgettable experience. Spend an hour observing and photographing the gorillas before trekking back to the park headquarters. After the trek, bid farewell to Bwindi and transfer to either Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your memorable Uganda safari.
