After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) guides. You will be assigned to a gorilla family group and begin your trek into the forest, accompanied by guides and trackers who are experts at locating the gorillas.

The trek duration varies depending on the location of the gorilla family, but encountering these gentle giants in their natural habitat is an unforgettable experience. Spend an hour observing and photographing the gorillas before trekking back to the park headquarters. After the trek, bid farewell to Bwindi and transfer to either Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your memorable Uganda safari.
